Bronco Volleyball Heads to the University of Idaho for Final Regular Season Match

► What's Happening - Boise State closes out their 2009 regular season schedule on the road this week, heading to Moscow, Idaho to take on the Vandals in an 8 p.m. (MT) match on Thursday, Nov. 19.

► Ticket Prices - For fans in the area, head on over to Memorial Gym to watch the match. Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for youth fans.

► Record Watch - A handful of Broncos continue to make history in the record books, with juniors Sadie Maughan and Alisha Young leading the way. Maughan holds the No. 4 spot for all-time career points with 792.0 (No. 3 is 802.0 points). Young sits in No. 5 with 736.5 career points. This is since the inception of rally scoring (and point scoring) in 2001.

Maughan and Young also move into the single season total points record books with Maughan holding the No. 8 spot presently with 320.0 points this season. Young sits at No. 10 with 308.0 points.

Lauren Hamm moves to a tie for ninth in the all-time career digs category, hitting the 1,010 career digs mark. She shares the No. 9 spot with Chris Bond (1987-90) and is 14 digs out of No. 8 all-time.

Some marks to keep an eye on include Maughan's total career blocks number sitting only one block away from the top-10 all-time with 281 so far through her career. The No. 10 spot is 282 total blocks held by Julie Kaulius (1994-97). 

Looking at Boise State...
► In General - The Broncos look to solidify a seed for the 2009 WAC Championship Tournament, with a win over the Vandals and are hoping to sweep Idaho 2-0 this season. They have had an outstanding second half of the season where they have collected seven wins (five of them at home) to put them back in the running for a WAC Tournament bid.  

► Quick Look at the Broncos - The Broncos are led by Sadie Maughan in kills with 263 on the season, while Alisha Young is just behind with 261 kills. Maughan also holds the leading mark in hitting percentage this season with .253 as well as most team points with 320.0 points and blocks with 103.0 total this season. Breann Nesselhuf leads the team's assists category with 851 this season, while Jeanene Rose has collected 21 service aces to lead the team. Amanda Remy leads the team in digs with 280.

An Overview: Boise State vs. Idaho...
► The Series - The series between Boise State and Idaho is the long all-time series dating back to 1976 with Idaho holding a 46-27 lead over the Broncos. In their last meeting, Boise State defeated Idaho 3-1 in Bronco Gym. With the win, the Broncos broke a 13-match winning streak by the Vandals over Boise State.  
 
► About Idaho - The Vandals are led by Sarah Conwell in the kills category with 398 on the season while Anna McKinney leads the team in hitting percentage with .272 on the season. Conwell also leads the team in points with 464.0 this season while McKinney leads in blocks with 151.0 this year. Katie Tribley leads in sets with 730 as well as service aces with 26 while Meredith Rice has a team-high of 436 digs on the season.
