Broncos Busted By Nevada In Three Games

RENO, Nev. - The Boise State volleyball team put up a fight against Nevada, but fell to the Wolf Pack in three with scores of 18-30, 25-30, 26-30, Saturday.

Leading the way for the Broncos was senior Tiffany Starring as she hit an impressive .526 (12-2-19) on the night. Junior Mandy Klein continues to set the pace for the Broncos as she recorded her fourth double-double of the year with 27 assists and 10 digs.

Defensively, freshman Lauren Hamm led the attack for the Broncos as she notched nine digs and recorded a pair of service aces. Adding to the defense was Robyn Hewitt, who recorded three blocks against the Wolf Pack.

The Broncos now return home to prepare for their final home stand of the 2007 season as they host No. New Mexico State, Thursday, and Louisiana Tech, Saturday.
