► What's Happening - The Boise State volleyball team hosts Utah State University and the University of Nevada this weekend on Thursday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 24, respectively.

The Broncos will face Utah State (12-9, 3-5 WAC) for the second time this season and look to avenge their close 3-2 loss to the Aggies on Oct. 3 in Logan, Utah. The Broncos will also look to keep their home win-streak alive after defeating Idaho 3-1 last Monday. The match between Boise State and Utah State is slated for a 7 p.m. match on Thursday, Oct. 22 in Bronco Gym.

Boise State will also take on Nevada (7-13, 3-4 WAC) for the second time this season, looking to bounce back from a 3-1 loss to the Wolf Pack just last Thursday, Oct. 15 in Reno. The match between the Wolf Pack and the Broncos will begin at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.

► Record Watch - A few Broncos are edging their way into the Boise State school record books with junior Sadie Maughan leading the way. Maughan has taken over the No. 4 spot in total career points scored (since the inception of rally scoring in 2001) with 707.0 total points. Alisha Young also ranks in the same category, holding the No. 6 spot with 635.5 career points. Lauren Hamm takes over the No. 10 spot in the all-time career digs category with 958 so far. She knocked out Sharon Leonhardt (1983-86) on her way into the top-10 and will aim for Chris Bond's (1987-90) mark of 1,010 to move into the No. 9 spot.

Some marks to keep an eye on include Maughan's total career blocks number. She is nearing the top-10 all-time with 261 so far through her career. The No. 10 spot is 282 total blocks. 

Looking at Boise State...
► In General - The Broncos return to Bronco Gym with their first home win under their belts after defeating the University of Idaho, 3-1, on Monday, Oct. 12. They enter the weekend with a 2-18 (2-6 WAC) record.

► Quick Look at the Broncos - The Broncos are led by junior Sadie Maughan in kills (188) and hitting percentage (.252) as well as blocks (83) and points (235.0). Breann Nesselhuf leads the team with 574 sets this season, while Jeanene Rose has had 18 service aces and Amanda Remy 219 digs to lead the Broncos.

An Overview: Boise State vs. Utah State...
► The Series - The series between Boise State and Utah State has lasted 28 matches, with the Broncos leading 15-13. The Aggies have been the dominant team recently, winning five straight matches over the Broncos.
 
► About Utah State - The Aggies have been led by Liz McArthur this season, who has produced 325 kills on the year. She is also second on the team in aces with 19. Chelsea Fowles has run the offense with her 866 assists and leads the team in service aces with 24. Shantell Durrant leads the team in blocks (92) while Christine Morrill leads in digs (392). The Aggies are coming off of a 2-1 week, falling in their most recent match, 2-3, to Idaho on Monday. They defeated Fresno State (3-1) last Thursday as well as Utah Valley (3-2) on Oct. 13.

Nicole Link leads the team in digs with 293 on the season. The Wolf Pack are coming of f a 1-1 weekend, falling to Idaho in three sets on Saturday, Oct. 17 and defeating the Broncos last Thursday 3-1.
