Bronco Volleyball Frustrated By UNLV in Third Match of Washington State Tournament.
PULLMAN, Wash.- The UNLV volleyball team frustrated Boise State in the final match of the Washington State Invitational Saturday night in three games, 30-17, 30-27, 30-20. The Broncos (3-4) were led by Jamie Claussen (11 kills), Cameron Flunder (10 kills) and Jackie Stroud (22 digs).

Elise Ardron played well at the net for the Broncos with four blocks. Mandy Klein had 33 assists and six digs. As a team, the Broncos had 39 kills, 38 assists, 60 digs and five blocks. The Rebels (4-2) had 56 kills,52 assists, 72 digs and four blocks.

Up next for the Broncos is the Northern Arizona Invitational, Sept. 8-9 where the Broncos willplay Florida International, Northern Arizona and Texas A&M (Corpus Christi).
