Regional Championship Draws Revealed

LAS VEGAS - Boise State women's tennis begins play Wednesday, at the ITA/USTA Mountain Region Championships. The draws were revealed Tuesday, with Bronco senior Teal Vosburgh earning the No. 14 seed in the singles competition. All eight Broncos will compete in singles and doubles at the tournament which is hosted by UNLV.

Play gets underway Wednesday, at 9 a.m. PT with first round doubles action. The doubles draw is played as a 64-pair bracket, with 55 duos in action.

Following the doubles action will be the first round of singles. The singles draw consists of 121 entries placed in a 128-person draw.

Boise State is one of 18 schools sending competitors to the Mountain Region Championships, including seven fellow Mountain West Conference members.

All matches will be played at the Fertitta Tennis Complex in Las Vegas, on the campus of UNLV. The tournament runs through Sunday.
