Broncos Conclude Jack Taylor Classic

BOISE, Idaho The Boise State University women’s tennis team concluded the final day of competition at the Jack Taylor Classic by taking three of the five singles matches from the University of Oregon.


Tatiana Ganzha capped off a perfect 3-0 weekend by defeating Claudia Hirt in straight sets, 7-5 and 6-1. 


Jana Mackova who also went undefeated over the weekend at 3-0, earned the victory over Erika Januskova, 7-5 and 6-4. 


The final singles victory of the day was turned in by Polina Kokoulina, who ousted her opponent Anna Powaska in straight sets, 6-1 and 6-3.


Bianca Jochimsen also turned in an undefeated weekend for the Broncos at 2-0 but did not compete in singles against Oregon.
