Broncos Wrap Up Cougar Classic

PULLMAN, Wash. - Boise State women’s tennis concluded its season-opening tournament Sunday, at the Cougar Classic in Pullman, Wash. The Bronco duo of Hanna Kantenwein and Milena Toseva finished runners-up in the doubles competition.

Kantenwein and Toseva dropped the championship match 6-2, against Washington State’s pairing of Michalkova and Miksovska.

Kirsty Venter competed in the consolation final of the Gray Flight singles draw. Venter fell in straight sets (6-2, 6-3), against Montana’s Car Orfanos.

The Broncos are back in action Friday through Sunday, at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic hosted by Marquette.
