MW Championship: Boise State vs Nevada

No. 10 Boise State took on No. 7 Nevada in the opening round of the MW Women's Tennis Championship April 22.

SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Posted a 17-15 singles record and a 17-13 doubles record on the year...10-8 singles record in spring dual matches, including a 5-1 mark at the No. 5 position...finished season with three consecutive wins...13-12 in doubles action while playing with Bobbi Oshiro...also played with Megan LaLone (3-1) and Hanna Kantenwein (1-0)...7-7 singles record during fall season...advanced to championship match of Jack Taylor Classic...7-6 in doubles during fall season...won doubles title at Jack Taylor Classic with Bobbi Oshiro.

FRESHMAN (2014-15): Compiled 18-17 record in singles and 16-11 mark in doubles...spent time at each of the top five singles positions in dual matches, going 8-13 during the spring season...saw most action at No. 3 singles, going 4-5...2-4 in Mountain West matches...went 10-4 in singles play during fall season, including a 3-0 mark at the Jack Taylor Classic...advanced to semifinals of WSU Cougar Classic...teamed with Megan LaLone in doubles much of the year, duo went 9-7 overall and 7-5 in dual matches playing exclusively at the No. 2 position...also played doubles with Naomi de Hart (3-1), Teal Vosburgh (1-0) and Milena Toseva (2-3)...ITA Scholar-Athlete...Academic All-Mountain West...Mountain West Scholar-Athlete.

  • One of the top youth players in Spain ranked in the top eight in Spain for U12, U14, U16 and U18, as well as an all-time high national ranking of 50 at the absolute level.
  • Ranked No. 1 numerous times for age group within the Spanish state of Galicia.
  • Youngest player to ever win the absolute tournament for her state.
  • Six-time Galicia singles state champion ... won the singles and doubles U18 titles in 2012 and 2013.
  • Played for several club teams throughout her junior career helping them win a combined 10 team state championships.
  • Finalist at the U16 Torneo Marca Jovenes Promesas Zaragoza in 2011 (top-circuit in Spain) and the U15 Trofeo Asamblea Cartagena Campeonato de Espana in 2011.
