Broncos Head to the Midwest for Missouri Invitational

What’s Happening: The Boise State swimming and diving team will take a break from the dual season to compete in the Missouri Invitation Dec. 4-6. The Broncos will meet a number of new teams as they head to the Midwest for the first time, and will be the lone representatives from the Western Athletic Conference. The Broncos will face new teams from the Mountain West and Big XII among other new opponents.

The Competition: The teams competing in the invitational include Missouri, Missouri S&T, Colorado State, Drury, Southern Illinois, Arizona State, Nebraska and North Dakota.  Almost every team will present a new challenge as the Broncos have never faced any of the competition, except for Mountain West opponent, Colorado State.

Poolside with Head Coach Kristin Hill:
"We're excited about the caliber of this competition and really look forward to racing some new teams who we haven't competed against before. We've had an outstanding fall season and this will be a great test for our team to see how competitive we can be in an invitational format that is the same as our WAC Conference Championship format in February and the NCAA Championships in March."
