BOISE, Idaho - Boise State swimming and diving head coach Kristin Hill announced Wednesday, Kacee Olson of Mesa, Ariz., signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Broncos. Olson is a senior diver at Skyline High School.

"Kacee Olson is going to come in and make an impact from day one," said diving coach John Lynch. "She is a solid diver with a lot of room for improvement."

Olson was named the top diver at Skyline in 2010 and took fifth place at the 2011 5A State competition. She is a member of Sun Devil Divers under the direction of Marc Briggs. Outside of the pool, Olson is a member of the National Honor Society and the City of Mesa Guard Start Program.

"The more I talked to John Lynch the more excited I got to go my trip and meet the team," Olson said. "From the moment I stepped on campus I knew that Boise State was where I was headed. The campus and the girls on the team made me feel so at home and already part of the team that I did not want to leave and could not wait to head back as an official Bronco."
