TUCSON, Ariz-The Boise State divers concluded the final day of the Wildcat Diving Invitational at Hillenbrand Aquatic Center in Tucson, Ariz. Four Broncos competed on platform on Sunday, and senior Ciera Cortney and junior Erin Kohlbeck placed in the top-15 in the field of 35.

Cortney placed ninth in the field of 35, with a score of 204.50. Kohlbeck finished in 12th place, recording a score of 199.55.

"Once again Ciera dove very consistently," diving coach John Lynch said. "She was a little off on three-meter but once she realized she could compete with some of the best girls in the country, she came back the next day and had a phenomenal performance on one-meter."

Freshmen Jordan Marthens and Karli Kriewall finished the afternoon with scores of 160.00 and 142.35.

"I was pretty pleased with everyone on tower," said Lynch. "This was our third time on tower this year and each time the girls are one step closer to having their list of dives set for the Conference meet in February."

Cortney placed third on Saturday in the one-meter finals with a score of 267.75 and Kohlbeck finished 15th (235.90).

The Broncos will now gear up for the Hawkeye Invitational, Dec. 6-8 in Iowa City, Iowa.
