FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Boise State junior Cassidy Bose had a impressive opening day at the Northern Arizona Diving Quad Meet recording two top-three finishes to lead the Broncos. Bose placed third in the 3-meter springboard in the morning then followed with a second-place finish on the 1-meter springboard.

The day began with the three Bronco contingent, Bose, Taylor Clark and Tatum Thompkins competing in the 3-meter springboard preliminaries in the morning. Bose led the team in the opening round tallying a 260.25, third best in the prelims among the 17 divers. Boise State’s three divers will close out their regular season on Saturday when they participate in their second platform diving competition of the year against 14 other divers from Northern Arizona, New Mexico and New Mexico State. The trio will then join the Boise State swimmers at San Antonio, Texas, when the Broncos open their title defense of the 2017 Mountain West Championship on Feb. 14.
