LOOKING AT BOISE STATE
  • Boise State is in its fourth season of beach volleyball competing as an independent.

  • The Broncos concluded the 2016 regular season last Saturday at the Sacramento State Tournament where the Broncos went 1-2 to finish the year at 5-6 overall.

WHAT’S BACK
  • Boise State returns seven letterwinners from the 2016 squad that went 5-6 overall.

  • There are a lot of unknowns on this squad as no pairs from last year’s top three are back in tack.

  • The Broncos return senior Maddy O’Donnell who played on the No. 1 pair last season where she went 3-8 with Hannah Hubbard who is no longer with the program.

  • Boise State also returns junior Sierra Nobley who was a part of the second pair with the now graduated Sarah Baugh. They went 6-5 as a doubles team.

  • Maddi Osburn is also back after being half of last year’s No. 3 doubles pair for the Broncos recording a 8-3 overall mark.

  • Sabryn Roberts went 3-5 at No. 4 pair last spring.

  • The No. 5 pair that went 8-3 as well is back featuring Laney Hayes and Jaymee-Lee Bulda
