BOISE, Idaho-The Boise State University softball team will take on four Idaho schools during an eight-game fall schedule, head coach Erin Thorpe announced Friday. The Broncos will be on the road for two games, and host three double-headers at Mountain Cove Softball Field.
The Broncos open their fall slate Friday, Sept. 24, at Northwest Nazarene. They will again play at NNU Tuesday, Sept. 28, before playing the final six games at home.
College of Southern Idaho travels to Boise for the first matchup Saturday, Oct. 2, at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The Broncos host North Idaho College Sunday, Oct. 3, at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
The final day of softball for the fall will be Sunday, Oct. 10 when College of Idaho visits Mountain Cove Softball Field for games at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Admission to all home games on the fall schedule is free.
The Broncos are coming off a third-place finish in the regular season and the Western Athletic Conference Tournament in just the program's second year of existence.
