The Boise State softball team swept a doubleheader at Idaho State, 9-3 and 7-3. Allie Crump struck out eight in the first game and became the first Bronco to record 100 strikeouts. She also hit a three-run homer in game one that gave the Broncos their first lead. Christina Capobianco also went deep for the Broncos.

Aubray Zell picked up the win in game two, striking out one and surrendering no walks as 62 or her 79 pitches found the strike zone. Lexi Straton picked up two hits and two RBI as well as scoring a run to help the Broncos complete the sweep.

Fresno State visits Boise this weekend for the final home series of the season.
