Broncos Add Games to Schedule
March 19, 2018

Updated Schedule

BOISE, Idaho –
The Boise State softball team (18-8, 3-0 MW) has added nonconference doubleheaders against Portland State and Utah Valley, head coach Cindy Ball announced Monday. The games will serve as replacements for games the Broncos couldn’t play at the UCR Classic, Feb. 23-25, after the team was unable to attend due to travel issues.

Boise State will play both opponents on the road, traveling to Portland State, March 27, and Utah Valley, April 4. This brings the Broncos total games to 54 on the season.

This will be the fourth and fifth games against Utah Valley this season. Boise State holds a 2-1 advantage over the Wolverines this season after a sweep at home last Wednesday, March 14.

The Broncos will host San Jose State (19-9, 3-0 MW) this weekend at Dona Larsen Park, March 23-25, for the Mountain West home opener. Both schools are 3-0 in conference play this season.
