COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-Boise State senior goalkeeper Liz Ruiz was named Mountain West Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.
Ruiz notched a shutout against in-state rival Idaho last Saturday, helping the Broncos close out their regular-season slate with a 1-0 win.
