INDIANAPOLIS—The NCAA announced Monday the teams and individuals that have advanced to compete for the 2014 National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics Championships.

The University of Alabama and the Alabama Sports Foundation will host the championships, held at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex, April 18-20.

Boise State juniors Kelsey Morris and Ciera Perkins qualified individually for the Championships by tying for first place on the uneven bars (9.95) and floor exercise (9.90) at Regionals, respectively.

Both Bronco gymnasts will compete in the second semifinal, which begins at 7 p.m. (ET), April 18. Morris will compete on the uneven bars in rotation three, after Florida and then Rutgers’ all-around competitor Alexis Gunzelman.

Perkins will compete on floor, also in rotation three. The 2014 MRGC gymnast of the year will compete after UCLA and then Kent State’s all-around competitor Marie Case.

The top three teams from each semifinal will advance to the Super Six competition Saturday, April 19 at 6 p.m.

The top four individuals in each event (plus ties) from Friday’s semifinals will compete in the individual-event competition Sunday, April 20 at 2 p.m.
