Tri-Meet Will Honor Four Seniors

The night will also be a black out meet, as fans are encouraged to wear black and join the team who will be wearing their black leotards. THE LAST ONE STANDING: With No. 19 Minnesota losing last week to Denver, the Broncos are now the only undefeated women's gymnastics team out of the 82 that occupy Divisions I, II and III. Boise State has logged victories over opponents from the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (4), the Mountain Rim Gymnastics Conference (4) and the Big Ten (2).
No. 12 RANKING: Despite their highest score of the season, Boise State dropped a spot in the Road To Nationals rankings to No. 12. The Broncos have an RQS of 196.365 and have scored over a 196 in seven-straight meets.
SERIES HISTORY: The Broncos have a 35-23 series advantage over Southern Utah, and a 31-6-1 series lead over San Jose State. Boise State has already defeated both teams earlier this season, taking down Southern Utah in a dual meet in Cedar City, Utah on Feb. 5, and then San José State a week later on Feb. 12 in San José, Calif.
SCOUTING THE THUNDERBIRDS: Southern Utah enters the weekend ranked No. 27 in the country with an RQS of 195.595. The Thunderbirds' best event is floor where they have an event RQS of 49.050 and three different gymnasts have an RQS of over 9.8; Virginia Brownsell (9.820), Mady Blake (9.830) and Stacie Webb (9.840).
They have an event RQS of 48.975 in vault, 48.925 in uneven bars and 48.730 in balance beam.
SCOUTING THE SPARTANS: San José State is ranked No. 46 and has an RQS of 194.330. Their best event is also floor, where they have an event RQS of 48.805. Their best gymnast -- Maddie Herr -- who has an all-around RQS of 38.675 leads them in two of the four events.
LAST TIME OUT: The Broncos took down Michigan State 196.575 -- 194.575 last Sunday afternoon at Taco Bell Arena, giving them their second win of the season over a Big Ten opponent. The 196.575 is the Broncos' highest score of the season and it ties for the 10th-highest score in school history. Boise State's best event, balance beam, produced a season-high 49.375 that is the fourth-best beam score in school history.
The Blue and Orange shared or outright won all four event titles in front the 1,525 fans in Taco Bell Arena, and Shani Remme won the all-around after recording a 39.375. Remme also won on beam with a season-high 9.925 and tied for the event title on floor with a 9.875, Maddie Krentz and Mary Frances Bir tied for the win on vault with 9.825s and Krystine Jacobsen was victorious on the uneven bars (9.9) for the seventh time this season.
MRGC GYMNAST OF THE WEEK: Paige Urquhart was named co-MRGC Specialist of the Week after recording a career-high 9.9 on beam. The junior anchored the beam lineup and sealed the best beam performance of the season for the Blue and Orange.
JACOBSEN STILL ELITE ON BARS: The senior from Virginia Beach, Va., is tied for fourth in the country on the uneven bars with an RQS of 9.915. Jacobsen has won the uneven bars title in seven of eight meets this season.
