Broncos Collect Season-High Score at Utah State

The No. 16 Broncos scored a season-high 196.625 on the night.

FRESHMAN (2018): Muhlenhaupt has made her way into the bars lineup, having competed on the event in four different meets so far...Has scored no lower than 9.825 in any of her routines, three times tying her career-high mark of 9.850...Made season debut on Feb. 2 at Utah State, scoring a 9.850...Followed that up with a 9.850 at San Jose State/Iowa State (Feb. 9)...Scored 9.825 vs. Utah State (Feb. 16)...Scored 9.850 on bars vs. Sacramento State (March 2). 

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB: 
Muhlenhaupt spent her junior career training at Colorado Aerials Gymnastics Center in Colorado Springs, Colo. She took eighth at the 2015 JO National Championships after recording a 37.025 in the all-around, accentuated by a third-place finish on the uneven bars (9.550). Before nationals, Muhlenhaupt took first on bars at the 2015 Region 3 Championships. She has competed at the junior international elite level in both 2013 and 2014, and has made it to nationals twice under the guidance of coaches Kathy Vigil and Jason Baits.
