BOISE – The Boise State women’s golf team will travel to Aurora, Ore., to compete in the third annual Rose City Collegiate, Oct. 1-2.

The event, hosted by Portland State, will be played at the par-72, 6,080-yard Langdon Farms Golf Club.

Tournament play will begin with a 9 a.m. (MT) shotgun start and 36 holes of golf, Monday. The final 18 holes will be played Tuesday, with tee times off both the front and back nine at 9 a.m.

Joining the Broncos and Vikings in the 13-team field will be Cal State Fullerton, Eastern Washington, Long Beach State, Montana State, Northern Arizona, Northern Colorado, Oregon State, San Francisco, Seattle, Weber State and Wyoming.

The Broncos will send the same line-up to the Rose City Collegiate that they used in the season-opening Oregon State Invitational, Sept. 17-18. Boise State was the only team in the field to shoot in the 70s in each of the tournament’s 15 individual rounds.

The feat had not been accomplished by a Boise State women’s golf team in at least the last five seasons.

Traveling for the Broncos will be:

Hayley Young
Lori Harper
McKenzie Ford
Samantha Martin
Sammie Pless
