Aug. 31, 2015

The Boise State women's golf team path to the postseason will feature 10 tournaments before the Broncos venture to the Mountain West Championships in Rancho Mirage, Calif. on April 20-22, as announced by head coach Nicole Bird.

The Broncos' schedule will feature three tournaments hosted by MW schools.

Boise State will open the season Sept. 14-15 at the Ptarmigan Ram Classic hosted by conference rival Colorado State University before travelling to the Portland State-hosted Rose City Classic in Aurora, Ore.

The Broncos then return to the Price's Give `Em Five Collegiate in Las Cruces, N. M. Oct. 5-7. Boise State finished second with a team score of 860 at the 2014 edition.

Boise State will return to action two weeks later at the Santa Clara Colby Invite Oct. 19-20, before closing out its fall season with a trip to Kiawah, S.C. for the Palmetto Classic hosted by the College of Charleston.

The Broncos return to action Feb. 14-15 with the Texas State Challenge at Landa Park Golf Course in New Braunfels, Texas, followed by the Long Beach State-hosted Gold Rush in Seal Beach, Calif.

Boise State will then travel to conference rival Fresno State for the Fresno State Classic March 7-8, before heading to St. George, Utah, for the BYU Entrada Classic the following week. The Broncos finished third at last year's edition of the BYU Entrada Classic, and were the only team in the field to place their entire line-up in the top 25.

The Broncos will close out their regular season with the Cowgirl Classic hosted by Wyoming at the Southern Dunes Golf Course in Maricopa, Ariz. April 4-5.

Boise State will then return to the MW Championships, looking to build its case for the postseason.

Following the MW Championships, the Broncos will await their fate to see if they earn a spot in the field of the NCAA Regional Championships hosted by either Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M or Stanford May 5-7.

The NCAA National Championships will run May 20-25 at the Eugene Country Club in Eugene, Ore.
