BOISE, Idaho –
A slate of nine tournaments before the 2018 Mountain West Championship awaits the Boise State women’s golf team, head coach Nicole Bird announced, Thursday.

The Broncos will open the season at the Ptarmigan Ram Classic for the fourth straight year. The three-day tournament will be held in Fort Collins, Colo., Sept. 17-19.

Boise State will then take a two-week hiatus before returning to action at the Nebraska Intercollegiate, Oct. 1-3, and then travel to Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 16-17, for the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational.

The fall season will conclude with a return trip to Honolulu, Hawaii, for the Rainbow Wahine Invitational, Oct.31 – Nov. 1. This will be the Broncos first trip to Hawaii since the 2014-15 season.

After a four-month break from competition, Boise State will return to action, Feb. 12-13, at The Gold Rush in Long Beach, Calif. The California swing will continue, March 5-6, in Fresno, Calif., at the Fresno State Classic.

The Broncos will return to the BYU Entrada Classic for the fourth-straight season, March 12-13. Boise State will travel to two final tournaments – the Red Rocks Invitational and Cowgirl Classic – before the Mountain West Championship.

The Mountain West Championship will return to the Dinah Shore Tournament Course at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, Calif., April 16-18.

Following the Mountain West Championship, Boise State will await a bid to the NCAA Regional Championship, May 7-9, at a to be determined course.

The NCAA National Championship will be held, May 18-23, at the Karsten Creek Golf Course in Stillwater, Okla.
