AURORA, Ore. –
The Boise State women’s golf team posted their second-straight 305 Tuesday at the Rose City Collegiate in Aurora, Ore., and concluded the tournament with a three-round team score of 920 (310-305-305), good for 12th place in their second fall tournament of the season. The Broncos were led by senior Dana Clary, who finished tied for 22nd at 9-over par.

Clary logged three consecutive 75’s, good for the low score on the team in all three rounds. The native of Cedar Park, Texas now has six career top-25 finishes.

Genevieve Ling was right on the heels of Clary, closing the tournament tied for 31st with a 227 (75-76-76). Ling came out on fire in the third round and posted a 1-under 35 on her first nine, but couldn’t maintain the momentum in the afternoon.

Freshman Valentine Lacaze was another bright spot for the Blue and Orange, finishing tied for 47th place (231, 78-77-76) in her first collegiate tournament.

Fellow freshman Jalayne Martinez contributed the fourth and final counting score of the third round for the Broncos (78), ending up with a 238 (82-78-78).

Kinsley Bonfilio (242, 83-77-82) rallied after a rocky start to end her final round on a positive note. Adara Pauluhn (231, 76-78-77) tied for 47th competing as an individual and Oceane Pelloille (242, 84-80-78) also logged valuable tournament experience.

Oregon State won the team title with an 876, and Cal State Fullerton's Martina Edberg won the individual title (212, 70-70-72).

Boise State will have a short turnaround before their next tournament, the New Mexico State Aggie Invitational in Las Cruces, N.M. at the NMSU Golf Course from Oct. 3-5.
