RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif. Kinsley Bonfilio carried the Broncos in the second round of the Mountain West Women’s Golf Championship, recording a 3-over 75 to lead the way on Tuesday. Bonfilio’s 75 ties for the second-lowest round of her career, and is also her best round at a conference championship.

The sophomore shot an even-par 36 on the front nine to set the tone for what was a solid performance. She is tied for 30th heading into tomorrow’s final round.

Boise State (308-323) fell two spots to ninth in the team standings after posting a 323 in the second round.

Dana Clary (71-83) still is the top Bronco in the individual standings at 29th, but the Cedar Park, Texas native was unable to get much going today with an 83.
