Lexi Perry Tied For Seventh at Gold Rush

Boise State opened the spring season Monday in Long Beach, Calif.

FRESHMAN (2017-18):
 A productive member of the lineup, appeared in the lineup at eight tournaments during the season, and one as an individual . . . Shot 245 (82-79-84, +29) in the fall finale at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational (Oct. 31- Nov. 1) . . . Competed as an individual at the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational (Oct. 16-17), finishing in 62nd after shooting 245 (+29) . . . Made her Boise State debut at the Chip-N Club Invitational (Oct. 1-3). Finished tied for 35th after shooting 242 (79-81-82, +26) . . . Finished in a tie for 44th at The Gold Rush, shooting rounds of 74-78-78 (Feb. 12-13) . . . Shot 232 (81-75-76) for her lowest score of the season at the Fresno State Classic (March 5-6) . . . Appeared at the BYU at Entrada Classic, finishing as the team’s No. 2 scorer (March 12-13) . . . Shot 246 at the Red Rocks Invitational (March 24-25) . . . Also appeared at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic (April 2-3) and Mountain West Championship (April 16-18)

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER 
Suppelsa – a nine-time winner on the Southern California PGA Junior Tour – will begin her Bronco career upon graduating from Peninsula HS in Rolling Hills Estates, Calif. A three-time Bay League first-team honoree and the 2017 Bay League MVP, Suppelsa was recently victorious at the 2017 San Clemente Lady Triton Invitational.

She also qualified for several prestigious tournaments, competing at the Callaway Junior World Championships (2016), The Big I (2015, 2016) and the SCGA Women’s Amateur (2015, 2016), along with being a member of the 2016 Oak Valley Cup Team. Suppelsa is also a member of the National Honor Society and was the Peninsula HS 2017 Class Valedictorian.
