BOISE, Idaho - The Boise State wrestling team will host its' second of three home duals this season, Friday (Dec. 11) night, as the Broncos are set to square off against Montana State University - Northern at 8 p.m. in Taco Bell Arena.
The Broncos (3-0 overall, 1-0 Pac-10 Conference) are coming off a successful weekend at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational in Primm, Nev. where Boise State was led by juniors Kirk Smith and Adam Hall. Smith won the 184-pound title, while Hall earned a runner-up finish at 157 pounds. As a team, the Broncos had five different wrestlers place in the top-six for their respective weight class.

Looking at the Lights...
The Montana State - Northern Lights entered the 2009-10 season ranked No. 12 in the NAIA national team rankings, but have struggled to a 0-5 dual record early on this season. Most recently, the Lights faced a trio of duals last weekend against Southern Oregon (L, 10-33), Dickinson State (L, 13-27) and Missouri Valley College (L, 9-30).
MSU-Northern is looking at a young line-up to find its' winning ways as the Lights have five freshman currently listed in their starting line-up. MSU-Northern also has just four upper classmen, which includes two seniors (Austin Ouellette, 174 pounds and Even Mattingly, 197).
