BOISE, Idaho - Freshman Geordan Martinez and redshirt senior Steven Hernandez will represent Boise State at the 2015 NCAA Wrestling Championships, scheduled for March 19-21 (Thursday-Saturday) at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis.

Martinez, the No. 8 seed at 141 pounds, is slated to open the tournament against David Pearce of Drexel Thursday morning.

Hernandez, unseeded at 157 pounds, will square off against eighth-seeded John Boyle of American in his opening match, Thursday.

WATCH LIVE: ESPN will provide comprehensive coverage of the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships from the Scottrade Center in St. Louis from March 19-21. For the second-consecutive year, all six sessions will be televised and every match carried on ESPN3 throughout the entire three-day competition.

ESPN will televise the semifinals (March 20) and finals (March 21) in prime time and ESPNU will televise the first, second (March 19) and quarterfinals (March 20), in addition to the medal round (March 21). ESPN3 will carry individual mat feeds throughout the entire tournament. Additionally, for computer users, ESPN3 will once again offer multi-mat, simultaneous viewing which allows fans to watch up to four different mats at one time.

Both the television and ESPN3 content will be available on WatchESPN.

Geordan Martinez
Martinez, the No. 8 seed at 141 pounds, went 27-5 during his debut season at Boise State. The true freshman captured the 2015 Pac-12 Championship, earning an automatic berth to the national championships. Martinez recorded seven pins, three major decisions and three technical falls during the regular season.

Steven Hernandez
Hernandez, a redshirt senior, finished second at the Pac-12 Championships at 157 pounds, also earning an automatic bid. Hernandez went 22-7 during his final collegiate campaign, leading the Broncos with nine pins.
