Broncos Earn Three Top Seeds at Conference Championships

BOISE, Idaho - The Pac-12 Championship was released, Saturday and Boise State claims top seeds in three of the 10 weight classes. Brian Owen (133), George Ivanov (157) and Jake Swartz (184) will each look to avoid upsets and be crowned 2012 Pac-12 Champions.

The Broncos do not have any No. 2 seeds but have two No. 3 seeds in in Holden Packard (165) and Brent Chriswell at 197.

Josh Strait (141), Steven Hernandez (149), Scott Bacon (174) and J.T. Felix (285) each enter the tournament with No. 4 seeds while Landon Hartley enters the 125 bracket unseeded.

Each bracket is seeded to four places while the final two competitors are drawn in randomly. Each bracket begins with two of the top four seeds receiving byes which were also drawn randomly.

The first session begins Sunday at 11 a.m. MT while the second session will get underway at 4 p.m. A live bracket will is available here and live video of the event can be seen here.
