Dual Slate Closes Against Cowboys

BOISE, Idaho - The Boise State wrestling team will square off against 20th-ranked Wyoming Sunday, in the Broncos' final dual of the 2014-15 season. The Broncos (3-8) and Cowboys (8-4) will hit the mat at 2 p.m. in Rushmore Gymnasium on the campus of Western Wyoming Community College.

A live stream of the dual will be available at Flowrestling, and live scoring will be available at TrackWrestling.

Following the meeting with the Cowboys, Boise State will have two weeks to prepare for the 2015 Pac-12 Championships, hosted by Oregon State in Corvallis, Ore. (March 1).

Before falling to Oregon State this past Sunday, the Broncos ended a five-match slide with a victory over CSU Bakersfield, Feb. 6 (24-9).

Boise State has dropped the last two meetings with Wyoming - 26-12 on the road in 2012-13 and 17-15 at home in 2013-14. The Broncos' last victory against the Cowboys came at the National Duals in Cedar Falls, Iowa, Jan. 10-11, 2009 (24-15).

Wyoming, ranked No. 20 in InterMat's Dual Meet Index, boasts five ranked individuals: No. 15 Tyler Cox (125), No. 20 Dakota Friesth (165), No. 14 Andy McCulley (174), No. 17 Benjamin Stroh (184) and No. 18 Shane Woods (197).
