Pair of Duals on Tap for Broncos

THIS WEEK'S BREAKDOWN: The Boise State wrestling team, ranked tied for 21st-nationally by InterMat, will compete in a pair of duals this week - one at home, and one on the road.

The Broncos will first travel to Tempe, Ariz., to square off against Pacific-12 Conference rival Arizona State, Friday (Jan. 24). The Broncos (2-4, 2-2 Pac-12) and Sun Devils (5-5, 0-0 Pac-12) are slated to hit the mat at 5 p.m. (MT).

Boise State will then return home for a Sunday (Jan. 26) dual with Lehigh (6-4), ranked tied for 24th-nationally. The Broncos and Mountain Hawks will begin their dual at 11:30 a.m., in Bronco Gym.

TICKETS: General admission tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for juniors (2-18) and seniors (62+), but Sunday's dual will feature a "Father-Child" special, where one adult and one child can get into the event for $6. Students gain free entrance with a valid Boise State Student Identification Card.

Tickets can be purchased at Bronco Gym the day of the match.

ARIZONA STATE: The Sun Devils, who have yet to face another Pac-12 school this season in dual competition, hosted a pair of opponents last week. ASU earned an 18-16 victory over Utah Valley, but fell 24-15 to Northern Colorado.

Heavyweight Kyle Colling is the Sun Devils' only ranked wrestler in InterMat (No. 14).

LEHIGH: The Broncos' dual with the Mountain Hawks will be the second-straight in Boise featuring a pair of top-25 programs. Lehigh, located in Bethlehem, Pa., and ranked tied for 24th-nationally, features four wrestlers ranked by InterMat: Mason Beckman (133) is No. 7, Mitch Minotti (149) is No. 11, Joey Napoli (157) is No. 10 and Elliot Riddick (174) is No. 16).

Lehigh will wrestle at Oregon State Thursday (Jan. 23) before traveling to Boise State.
