KIRKLAND, Wash. - Boise State men's tennis wrapped up its fall season with freshman Lewis Roskilly winning the Flight 4 singles title Sunday afternoon at the Pacific Northwest Intercollegiate Championship in Kirkland., Wash. After losing a set one tiebreaker, Roskilly battled through three sets rallying to defeat Gonzaga's Hayden Smith 6-7(3), 6-4, 6-4. The Stevenage, England, native went 3-0 this weekend on his way to a title.
In another singles match on Sunday, Toby Mitchell played in the consolation draw where he won in straight sets over Oregon's Joey Swaysland 6-3, 6-2 to finish the tournament at 2-1.
Boise State has concluded its fall season and will open the team dual season on January 17 at the University of Hawai'i.
