Men's Tennis Wraps Up Battle in the Bay Classic
Thomas Tenreiro withdraw during match because of injury.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif - Boise State’s men’s tennis team concluded the Battle in the Bay Classic on Sunday with a pair of defeats in consolation matches. In singles, junior Thomas Tenreiro played in the consolation semifinals against California’s Greg Bayane where he was forced to withdraw during the contest because of injury, resulting in his 6-3, 2-0 defeat. He finishes the tournament 2-2 in singles. 
In doubles, Boise State’s tandem of Garrett Patton and Brendan McClain took on UCLA’s Joseph Di Giulio and Austin Rapp in a consolation match Sunday morning. The Broncos fell 8-4 at the hands of the Bruin duo. 
Next up for Boise State is the USTA/ITA Mountain Regional in Las Vegas, Nev., this Wednesday through Sunday.
