BOISE, Idaho-Boise State men's and women's tennis is hosting the Bronco Tennis Bash Sunday, Sept. 11, at the Boise Racquet and Swim Club. A full day of festivities gets underway at 2 p.m.
The day will feature a doubles clinic, drills and a live play mixer. Instruction from head coaches Greg Patton and Beck Roghaar, as well as members of the Bronco teams, will be offered all afternoon. Action on the courts is followed by a barbeque and live music by Street Talk.
"Bronco Bash is like a coming out party," Patton said. "It's like a debutante, a chance to meet the bride and groom before they take the next step in creating that family that is our program. People get a chance to hit with what could very well go down as one of the best teams we've ever had at Boise State."
The cost of the event is $25 per participant and is open to all ages and skill levels.
"I'm really excited for the community to meet the new faces of Boise State tennis," Roghaar said. "We have such a great group of people and it's going to be a fun group to watch."
Great silent auction and raffle items will be available, as well, with all proceeds going directly to Boise State tennis.
