BOISE, Idaho - Boise State men's tennis player Vicente Joli was named the Verizon Wireless Western Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the week for March 22-28, on Tuesday (March 30), marking the second time in his career that Joli has won the honor.

Joli, a senior from Castellion, Spain, received the award after going 5-0 at No. 2 singles and 4-0 at No. 2 doubles last week for Boise State. Thanks in part to Joli's dominating play the Broncos went 5-0 on the week with four wins over ranked opponents. Joli did not lose a set in singles while improving his overall record this season to 16-11. In doubles, he and partner Filipp Pogostkin helped Boise State win three of four doubles points with a 4-0 record on the week.

The No. 52 ranked Broncos return to the court today when they take on No. 30 Pepperdine at 3 p.m. in Malibu, Calif.
