Broncos 38th in Initial Rankings

BOISE, Idaho - In the first ITA rankings of the spring season, the Boise State men's tennis team was slotted 38th nationally, the highest of any Mountain West team. Helping the team to that mark is junior Andy Bettles who is currently 28th in the ITA individual rankings, the best among Mountain West student-athletes.

Bettles ranks third in the Mountain Region while fellow junior Nathan Sereke comes in at 11th. The two are projected as the third-best doubles team in the region as well.

The Broncos will open their spring season Jan. 19 with a doubleheader against Montana (10:30 a.m.) and conference foe, Air Force (6 p.m.).
