LAS VEGAS, Nev. (10/30/2015) - Boise State men’s tennis’ contingent at the Larry Easley Memorial Classic in Las Vegas experienced mixed results on the opening day as Abe Hewko and Tillman Haynes both split in singles then lost in doubles. The duo will play again on Saturday opening with a consolation doubles match against UNLV’s Alexander Cozbinov and Rhett Boss at 10 a.m. (Mountain), followed by more singles contests in the afternoon.

Hewko opened the day with a straight-set singles victory 6-3, 7-5 over Northern Arizona’s Tim Handel in the round of 16 for flight one.
