BOISE, Idaho - Boise State opened the match winning the doubles point, but could not hold on against the Oregon Ducks as the Broncos fell 4-2 at the Appleton Tennis Center Sunday afternoon. Boise State won two doubles matches on the arms of Lewis Roskilly and Thomas Tenreiro, as well as Brian Foley and Toby Mitchell, Garrett Patton then added a singles victory. The loss drops the Broncos to 5-10 overall. Boise State opened strong claiming the doubles point with victories on courts one and three. Roskilly and Tenreiro brought home the first win defeating Kevin Farin and Simon Stevens 6-3 at No. 1 doubles. They improved to 11-1 in duals on the year.
The final team point came in singles when Garrett Patton put away the Duck's Farin in straight sets 6-1, 6-4 on court one. Patton improved to 11-8 overall and 6-5 in duals this spring.
