DeLaet Tied for Seventh at BMW Championship
CARMEL, Ind. – Former Boise State men’s golfer Graham DeLaet is tied for seventh place at the PGA TOUR’s BMW Championship, following a 2-under-par 70 in the second round.

DeLaet was tied for the lead after the opening 18 holes, carding a first-round 64 (-8) at the Crooked Stick Golf Course.

His 36-hole total of 134 (-10) has him just three strokes back of tournament leader Vijay Singh, and two strokes back of a trio tied at second place - Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Ryan Moore.

DeLaet is scheduled to tee off Saturday at 10:39 a.m. (MT), and will be paired with Graeme McDowell and Seung-Yul Noh.

The BMW Championship is the third event of the PGA TOUR Playoffs. After the three events, the top 30 golfers will advance to the TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola. DeLaet, who entered the BMW Championship ranked No. 60, likely needs a high finish to advance.
