Spring Arrives for Broncos

BOISE, Idaho – The Boise State men’s golf team is preparing for its first tournament of the spring season, traveling to Lake Las Vegas, Nev., for the LMU Invitational, Feb. 1-2.

The tournament, held at the Jack Nicklaus-designed Reflection Bay Golf Club, is the third-earliest of the spring season nationally.

Reflection Bay is slated to play at 7,261 yards and a par 72 for the tournament, and the event will consist of 15 schools. Joining the Broncos and tournament-host Loyola Marymount will be Boston College, Cal Poly, Cal State Northridge, Hartford, Long Beach State, Missouri State, Sacramento State, Saint Mary’s, San Francisco, Seattle, UC Santa Barbara, UNLV and Wyoming.

The teams are scheduled to play two rounds on Monday, beginning with a 9 a.m. (MT) shotgun start. The final round is scheduled for Tuesday, beginning with tee times off the front and back nines at 8:30 a.m. (MT).
