PRINCEVILLE, Hawai'i - Boise State junior men's golfer Ty Travis fired a third-straight sub-par round at the Warrior Princeville Makai Invitational Wednesday, finishing the final tournament of the fall season tied for 11th.

Travis posted rounds of 70-69-69 at the 7,223-yard Princeville Makai Golf Club at the St. Regis Princeville Resort, finishing a season-best 8-under (208).

He finished seven strokes back of a three-way tie for first place, and one stroke back of the top 10.

Since joining the Broncos this season after transferring from Weber State, Travis has shot better-than-par in 10 of his 15 rounds. He finished in the top 25 in each of the fall season's five tournaments, including two top-five efforts.

His scoring average of 70.27 led the team this fall, and trails only Troy Merritt's single-season school record of 69.53 (2007-08) all-time, minimum 15 rounds.

Boise State carded a 2-under 286 Wednesday, the team's best round of the tournament. At 869 (294-289-286, +5), the Broncos finished 15th. CSU Fullerton shot 822 (-42) to win the tournament.

Freshman David Elliott (73-76-72--221, +5), sophomore Logan France (74-76-72--222, +6), redshirt senior Jordan Skyles (77-71-75--223, +7) and sophomore Shane Allor (79-73-73--225, +9) rounded out the scoring for the Broncos.

Boise State will continue its season next spring.
