Play Suspended with Broncos Tied for Seventh
SIMI VALLEY, Calif. – Midway through the second round of the Bill Cullum Invitational, the Boise State men’s golf team finds itself tied for seventh place in the 20-team field and boasts two individuals in the top 20.

The second round was suspended due to darkness, and will be completed Tuesday morning prior to the third and final round.

Senior T.K. Kim posted an opening-round 77 (+5) at the par-72, 6,819-yard Wood Ranch Golf Club, but was on fire during his second round. He recorded five birdies in his 15 holes prior to play being suspended, and concluded the day tied for 19th at 2-over-par.

Fellow senior Clayton Kosanovich is also tied for 19th at 2-over, but is only 12 holes through his second round. Kosanovich fired a season-low 3-under 69 during his opening 18, and was tied atop the leaderboard entering round two.

The Broncos shot 296 (+8) in the first round, and are 6-over midway through the second. Boise State is tied with two teams for seventh place, two strokes back of the top five.

Rounding out the scoring on day one, junior Minwoo Park shot 78 (+6) in the first round and is even through 12 holes in the second; freshman Logan France carded an even-par 72 in the opening round and is 7-over through 13 in his second round; and redshirt senior Charlie Marusiak posted a 79 (+7) in the first round and is 4-over through 12 in the second round.
