GOODYEAR, Ariz. - Redshirt senior Charlie Marusiak carded a season-low, 1-over-par 72 during the second round of the Desert Shootout Friday, leading the Boise State men's golf team on day two of the three-day event.

Marusiak and senior T.K. Kim will enter Saturday's final round tied for 40th with 36-hole totals of 144 (+4) at the par-71, 6,925-yard Palm Valley Golf Course.

Each is just two strokes back of the top 25.

The Broncos are in 15th as a team with a two-round total of 583 (+15), seven strokes clear of Mountain West foe Wyoming.

Rounding out the Bronco contingent were redshirt junior Jordan Skyles (71-77--148, +6), senior Clayton Kosanovich (72-78--150, +8) and sophomore Jon VanDyk (76-75--151, +9).

The final round of the Desert Invitational will begin Saturday with an 8:30 a.m. (MT) shotgun start.
