Thayer White enters his first season on the Bronco coaching staff as an assistant coach in 2017.

White comes to Boise State after spending the 2016-2017 season as an undergraduate student assistant coach at California while completing his degree in georgraphy. While with the Golden Bears, White helped then sophomore Collin Morikawa to a NCAA Regional appearance.

White is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Athletic Leadership from Boise State.

A native of Santa Barbara, Calif., White was a two-sport athlete for San Marcos High School before spending the 2012-13 season as a member of the Golden Bears roster, but did not see any action. White also appeared at the 2011 U.S. Junior Amateur.
