SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Boise State University held its first practice in Arizona Monday night (Dec. 28) at Scottsdale Community College as the Broncos continue preparation for its Jan. 4 (Monday) game against TCU in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

After arriving in Scottsdale throughout the day on Monday, the Broncos practiced at Scottsdale CC. This was the first time the team had been together since practicing the morning of Dec. 24 back in Boise. Working out under the lights, the Broncos went through a brisk one hour practice to shack out the cob webs from their short Christmas break.

The team will practice in full pads Tuesday (Dec. 29) afternoon at Scottsdale CC before taking Wednesday off from the practice field. The team will resume practice on Thursday.

Kickoff for Monday's game, which will be broadcast by Fox Sports, is set for 6:21 p.m. at the Universty of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale.
