Johnson named first-team All-America by CBS

BOISE, Idaho Sophomore running back Ian Johnson has been named to another first-team All-America Team.  CBS released its team and Johnson is one of two running backs on the team. 


The first-team All-America selections is the second for Johnson.  He was previously named first-team All-America. 


Johnson, a sophomore, finished the regular season second in the country in rushing with 158.33 yards per game.  He also is tops in the nation in scoring, averaging 13.09 points per game, and is fifth in all-purpose rushing with 151.27 yards per game.  He set a Boise State record for single-season rushing despite missing the Utah State game with a partially collapsed lung.
