Boise State In The NFL: Week 11

BOISE, Idaho - Five Boise State football alumni started Sunday as Week 11 of the NFL season hit the books.

Charles Leno, Jr. (Chicago) and Jamar Taylor (Miami) made the first starts of their respective NFL careers while Shea McClellin opened up on the defensive side of the ball for Chicago, and George Iloka (Cincinnati) and Billy Winn (Cleveland) all started on their respective teams' defenses Sunday.

Below is a roundup of how the Broncos fared this past week.

Richie Brockel (2006-09) - TE/FB - Carolina Panthers
Carolina placed Brockel on injured reserve on Oct. 6, ending his 2014 season.

Ryan Clady (2005-07) - LT - Denver Broncos
Clady started at left tackle for Denver in Sunday's 22-7 loss at St. Louis.

Daryn Colledge (2002-05) - LG - Miami Dolphins
Colledge missed his third straight game due to injury Sunday as the Dolphins defeated Buffalo, 22-9.

Tyrone Crawford (2010-11) - DE - Dallas Cowboys
Crawford and the Cowboys had a bye Sunday, and return to action this Sunday night against the New York Giants.

George Iloka (2008-11) - S - Cincinnati Bengals
Iloka started at strong safety and made a solo tackle in Cincinnati's 27-10 win at New Orleans.

Jeron Johnson (2007-09) - SS - Seattle Seahawks
Johnson saw action in Sunday's 24-20 loss to Kansas City, recovering a fumble.

Demarcus Lawrence (2012-13) - DE - Dallas Cowboys
Lawrence and the Cowboys had a bye Sunday, and return to action this Sunday night against the New York Giants.

Charles Leno, Jr. (2010-13) - DE - Chicago Bears
Leno, Jr. made his first-career NFL start Sunday, opening the game in Chicago's six-offensive lineman package and lining up as a tight end. The Bears went on to defeat Minnesota, 21-13.

Doug Martin (2008-11) - RB - Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Martin (ankle) missed his third straight game Sunday. Tampa Bay defeated Washington, 27-7.

Shea McClellin (2008-11) - LB - Chicago Bears
McClellin started at linebacker for Chicago Sunday, making two tackes (one solo) in the Bears' 21-13 win over Minnesota.

Kellen Moore (2008-11) - QB - Detroit Lions
Moore was inactive as the Lions' third quarterback in Sunday's 14-6 loss to Arizona.

Orlando Scandrick (2005-07) - CB - Dallas Cowboys
Scandrick and the Cowboys had a bye Sunday, and return to action this Sunday night against the New York Giants.

Jamar Taylor (2006-09) - CB - Miami Dolphins
Taylor started at cornerback for Miami Sunday, leading the Dolphins with seven solo tackles and one for loss.

Kyle Wilson (2006-09) - CB - New York Jets
Wilson and the Jets had a bye Sunday, and return to action this Sunday against the Buffalo.

Billy Winn (2008-11) - DE - Cleveland Browns
Winn made the start at defensive end for Cleveland Sunday in its 23-7 loss to Houston. He made three tackles (one solo) in the contest.
