Broncos in the NFL: Week Two
Rookie defensive end Shea McClellin kick-started a great week for former Broncos in the National Football League, recording the first sacks of his career against Green Bay on NFL Network’s Thursday Night Football.

McClellin finished with four tackles, 1.5 sacks and two quarterback hits in his second-career game.

Two Broncos scored their first-career touchdowns, including rookie running back Doug Martin and second-year safety Jeron Johnson.

Martin carried 20 times for 66 yards for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and scored on an 8-yard run against the New York Giants.

Johnson, with the Seattle Seahawks, picked up a blocked punt and ran it in for a score against the Dallas Cowboys.

Rookie defensive tackle Billy Winn started his second-straight game at defensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns, one of a number of former Broncos to start a game Sunday.

Following tonight’s Monday Night Football game, 11 of this weekend’s 16 games will have featured at least one Bronco. Of the 32 games played through two weeks of the NFL season, 22 will have featured a former member of the Boise State football team.

Tonight’s MNF match-up features a pair of former Broncos: Ryan Clady and the Denver Broncos will square off against Tommy Gallarda’s Atlanta Falcons. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. (MT) on ESPN.

Tonight marks the second-straight week a Bronco is featured on MNF, as George Iloka and the Cincinnati Bengals opened the season last Monday night.
