Rashaun Scott named WAC Special Teams Player of the Week

BOISE STATE - Boise State kick returner Rashuan Scott was named the Western Athletic Conference special teams player of the week.

 

Scott, a senior from Henderson, Nev. (Green Valley HS), returned two kickoffs for a 36.5-yard average in Boise State's 24-14 win against Wyoming.

In the fourth quarter after Wyoming had scored a touchdown to make it 21-7, Scott took the ensuing kickoff 52 yards to the Wyoming 40-yard line to help

set up a Bronco field goal.

 

Scott’s honor was the first of his career and the first for a Bronco this season.
