BOISE, Idaho - The 2016 NFL campaign gets underway Thursday night, and once again Boise State will be well-represented on fall weekends.

Former Boise State Broncos and current Denver Broncos Matt Paradis and Billy Winn will be in action Thursday night, as the Broncos face the Carolina Panthers in a Super Bowl 50 rematch at 6:30 p.m. MT on NBC.

Entering Week 1 there will be 18 former Broncos under contract with NFL clubs, with 14 on active 53-man rosters. Quarterback Kellen Moore (Dallas Cowboys) and defensive back Kyle Wilson (New Orleans Saints) will spend the season on injured reserve after suffering season-ending injuries during the offseason, defensive end Demarcus Lawrence (Dallas Cowboys) will begin the campaign on a four-game suspension and rookie cornerback Donte Deayon will open the year on the New York Giants practice squad

Boise State's 14 players on 53-man rosters is the most among Mountain West schools, with Utah State (11) second. Below is a list of the Broncos that are under contract as the 2016 NFL season gets underway:

Jay Ajayi, RB (Miami Dolphins)
Ajayi begins his second season in the league Sunday as the Dolphins take on the Seahawks.

Ryan Clady, OT (New York Jets)
Clady, a nine-year veteran, four-time Pro Bowler and two-time All-Pro, begins his first campaign with the Jets after missing the 2015 season due to a torn ACL.

Clady and the Jets open the season Sunday at 11 a.m. against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Kamalei Correa, OLB (Baltimore Ravens)
Correa, Baltimore's second-round draft pick in the 2016 draft, begins his first season in the league as the Ravens host Buffalo Sunday at 11 a.m. MT.

Tyrone Crawford, DE (Dallas Cowboys)
Crawford begins his fifth NFL season as one of four Bronco alumni under contract with the Cowboys, along with Orlando Scandrick, DeMarcus Lawrence and Kellen Moore.

The Cowboys open the 2015 season Sunday against the New York Giants.

George Iloka, S (Cincinnati Bengals)
Safety George Iloka begins his fifth season in the NFL and with the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday at 11 a.m. MT against the New York Jets.

DeMarcus Lawrence, DE (Dallas Cowboys)
DeMarcus Lawrence begins his third season in the league in 2016, but will serve a four-game suspension to open. He is eligible to return beginning in Week 5.

Charles Leno, Jr., OT (Chicago Bears)
Charles Leno cemented his starting spot on the Bears offensive line with a strong training camp this summer. He and the Bears open the season Sunday at 11 a.m. MT at Houston.

Doug Martin, RB (Tampa Bay Buccaneers)
Doug Martin enters his fifth campaign in the league and in Tampa Bay following a Pro Bowl season in 2015.

Tampa Bay opens the 2015 season Sunday at 11 a.m. at Atlanta.

Shea McClellin, LB (New England Patriots)
McClellin enters his fifth season in the league and first with New England in 2016. The Patriots open the new campaign Sunday night against Arizona.

Kellen Moore, QB (Dallas Cowboys)
Moore was placed in injured reserve at the conclusion of the preseason by the Cowboys, ending his 2016 season. He suffered a broken ankle during training camp.

Rees Odhiambo, G (Seattle Seahawks)
Odhiambo, a third-round selection of the Seahawks in the 2016 draft, begins his NFL career Sunday as Seattle hosts Miami at 2:25 p.m. MT.

Matt Paradis, C (Denver Broncos)
Paradis begins his third season with Denver in 2016 as the Broncos aim to defend their Super Bowl 50 title. Paradis and the Broncos open the season Thursday against Carolina in a Super Bowl 50 rematch.

Orlando Scandrick, CB (Dallas Cowboys)
Orlando Scandrick missed the 2015 campaign after suffering a torn ACL in practice during the preseason, but returns healthy for 2016. He and the Cowboys open up the season Sunday afternoon against the New York Giants.

Jamar Taylor, S (Cleveland Browns)
Jamar Taylor begins his fourth season in the NFL and first with Cleveland this Sunday as the Browns visit Philadelphia to take on the Eagles at 11 a.m. MT.

Donte Deayon, CB (New York Giants)
Deayon signed a free-agent deal with the Giants as an undrafted prospect and impressed in training camp. Despite being one of the Giants' final cuts at the end of the preseason, Deayon was signed to the team's practice squad.

Darian Thompson, S (New York Giants)
Thompson, a third-round pick by the Giants in 2016, begins his NFL career Sunday as New York takes on the Dallas Cowboys at 2:25 p.m. MT.

Kyle Wilson, CB (New Orleans Saints)
Wilson was set to enter his second season with New Orleans, and sixth overall in the NFL, in 2016 but a torn labrum sidelined his campaign. He was placed on injured reserve by the Saints in June.

Billy Winn, DT (Denver Broncos)
Winn begins his fourth season in the league and first with Denver this Thursday as the Broncos take on Carolina in a Super Bowl 50 rematch.
